Jiangsu Province Enterprise Standards Self-Declaration Publicity and Supervision Management Measures

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Jiangsu Province Standards Supervision and Management Measures, and relevant laws and regulations to maintain fair market competition, protect consumer rights, stimulate market vitality, and serve high-quality development in Jiangsu Province through high standards.

Article 2 These Measures apply to the self-declaration publicity and supervision of enterprise standards within the administrative area of Jiangsu Province. Standards involving food safety, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices shall be governed by separate regulations.

Article 3 Enterprise standards serve as the basis for production, sales, service provision, and supervision. Enterprises are encouraged to transform technological innovations into standards and formulate enterprise standards with technical requirements exceeding recommended standards.
